Thank you for visiting the New Student Sign-Up page. Please use the form below to begin the process of enrolling your child(ren) in music lessons. For each of the options below, please type a short answer. For instrument, please indicate "piano," "organ," or "choir." If you are interested in having the same student do more than one type of music activity (for example, piano and organ lessons; or piano lessons and homeschool choir), please indicate all desired instruments in the "Instrument" field. For skill level, please share how many years (if any) your student has taken lessons/participated in choir.
In addition to putting your address, please use the "Additional Info" field – located on the next page after you click "Next" – to indicate if the student(s) will come to the house for piano lessons or if you would like me to come to your house, as well as the days/times that would work or won't work for you. Again, I cannot promise that if you request a specific day and time that I will be able to make that happen. However, I try to make the schedule as accommodating as possible.
Note: Depending on the age(s) and gender of the student(s), it is expected that a parent or another responsible adult will be in the home for the entire duration of the piano lessons for all students, whether the lessons take place in my home or in yours.
